You may cancel your pay-as-you-go subscription at any time by logging into your account and following the cancellation procedures. Cancellation will be effective immediately upon your request. Any remaining balance on your account will be forfeited and will not be refunded, except as required by law.

3. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds under the following circumstances:

·       Technical Issues: If you experience significant technical issues that prevent you from accessing our services, and our support team is unable to resolve the problem within a reasonable timeframe, you may be eligible for a refund.

·       Accidental Purchases: If you accidentally purchase content or services, you may request a refund within 2-3 hours of the transaction.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided under the following circumstances:

·       Content Dissatisfaction: We do not offer refunds for dissatisfaction with the content provided, as all content is available on a pay-as-you-go basis and can be previewed before purchase.

·       Violation of Terms: If your account is terminated due to a violation of our Terms & Conditions, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Our team will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days. If your refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method within 14 business days.
